Footage of the Opening Ceremony at our Clermiston Campus
This cine footage, found in the ÄÛÒ¶²Ý archive, shows the formal opening ceremony of our Clermiston campus, on 25 June 1971.
The campus was opened by Gordon Campbell, the then Secretary of State for Scotland. Also in attendance was the Moderator of the Church of Scotland, the Very Reverend Andrew Herron. The Principal at this time was Aileen King (1963-1971).
